Domestic Orders (Czech Republic):
All Czech orders are delivered directly to your address by carrier companies. Larger orders will be packaged in wooden crates for the protection of glass pieces inside.
International Orders:
All international orders are delivered either by FedEx or another shipping company, and the delivery time varies depending on the location.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that backorders' delivery time may vary and can take up to three months (depending on colors/shapes chosen).
We treat each order individually and will keep you posted throughout the entire process. All of our orders are shipped in gift boxes or, in the case of larger orders, wooden crates. Items are wrapped in paper and bubble wrap for protection.
