Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract:
European Union:
Residents of the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and we will refund your money. Please download our form HERE and follow the instructions. The form must then be sent to the email address info@salansky.studio and included in the shipment with the returned goods.
Outside of the European Union:
For customers outside of the European Union, withdrawal from the purchase contract may not be applicable unless required by local laws. Please contact us at info@salansky.studio to inquire about potential options for returning products. Any quality-related claims must be made within 14 days of the date indicated on the tracking information for the package.
